FAQ's

Frequently asked Questions

Can you offer stock holding?

Yes, we can. We offer both traditional warehousing at our multiple warehousing locations throughout Europe as well as consignment stocks directly at our customers’ sites. Various arrangements can be agreed based on project needs. Please contact us for further information.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ varies depending on your needs. For unprinted material that we hold in stock, the MOQ starts from one roll. For custom‑made products with customer logo, the MOQ is usually around 20,000 linear meters. Please ask for more details.

What is your lead time?

For items we hold in stock in Europe, lead times are typically 2–10 working days. For custom‑made products shipped directly from our production sites, lead times start at approximately 6 weeks. In addition to stockholding, we operate a near/far supply chain model that allows us to meet urgent requirements, ensure on‑time deliveries, and significantly reduce overall lead times.

Can you provide custom-made packaging solutions?

Yes. We offer tailor-made packaging solutions, including customized dimensions, materials, and printing. Our goal is to offer and develop packaging that fits your products and production requirements perfectly.

Can you help us choose the right packaging solution?

Absolutely. Our team works closely with customers to understand their products, logistics, and production processes. We recommend the most suitable packaging solution to improve protection, efficiency, and overall cost-effectiveness.

How do you ensure reliable deliveries?

We work with established manufacturing partners and maintain a robust supply chain to ensure dependable deliveries and consistent product availability. This helps our customers minimize production interruptions and plan with confidence.

Why do leading sawmills choose TecPac?

With decades of experience in industrial packaging and international supply chains, we understand the operational challenges faced by the timber industry. Our solutions are developed to enhance product protection, streamline packaging processes, and reduce overall costs — making TecPac a trusted partner for leading sawmills.

How can your company help us comply with PPWR?

We support you by providing fully compliant packaging solutions, documentation, and guidance. We can help you complete the required Declaration of Conformity (DoC), confirming that our products meet PPWR requirements.

Are your products PPWR‑compliant?

Yes. Our packaging solutions are designed to meet PPWR’s recyclability and material standards. We continuously monitor regulatory updates to ensure ongoing compliance.

Are your products recyclable?

Yes — 100% recyclable. All our products are made from materials that can be fully reprocessed within existing recycling streams, ensuring minimal environmental impact.

Can you also supply other types of packaging materials and consumables that we regularly use in our process?

Yes. We can act as your complete one‑stop shop and provide additional items such as PE film products, staples and staple guns, as well as biomass paper, flooring protection and scaffolding sheeting.
